I really hate myself for not making the replacement fee earlier on.
The response given by SMC was not resourceful. First MDM Esther referred me to them and then the SMC threw me back to her because she as an UCITO should know everything about it. What SMC merely advised me was that only replacement fee will be imposed on the cardholder for the loss of ISAC card. Whereas for ord-ing cardholder, no replacement would be required. Hence, the rights will be handed down to unit UCITO for prosecution.
Whereas for the response by MDM Esther was that she has no clue what does SMC meant by the rights will be handed down to unit UCITO for prosecution. She personally thinks that only black and white (e.g directives/ G.O.M) would suffice to justify their claims. MDM Esther wants me to look for the G.O.M in MINDEF Intranet and show it to her.
Sigh, I feel like being thrown around like a ball by everyone.
She referred me to a ISAC Card Specialist and SMC, and they threw me back to her. No one is resourceful enough. They were right. MDM Esther is my unit UCITO and she is supposed to know everything about ISAC Card. She merely said she doesn't know anything about the penalties and made me to look for GOM/ directives in order for her to proceed forward. DAMN IT.
